To our Budapest office we are currently seeking for French or German or Italian or Spanish speaker Service Desk Agents


who will work in a service desk team which provides multilingual IT support for an international customer

Responsibilities:

• Handle Incident and Service requests on phone, mail and DB’s ticketing tool
• Handle inbound calls for service in local languages, refer knowledge article for resolution or direct to concerned SME
• Process implementation and update the same with any changes
• Responsible for recording, tracking and working on MIS
• Process Completion and preparation of process documentation
• Update problem record to reflect latest progress of problem resolution
• Contact support party for status update at regular intervals
• Confirm resumption of normal service with user contact points at affected user locations after informed by support party that problem has been fixed

Requirements:

• Fluent English and fluent knowledge of one of the following languages: French or German or Italian or Spanish
• Excellent communication skills (e-mail & voice)
• Excellent learning skills and high level of flexibility
• Excellent knowledge of Windows XP, Microsoft Office and Internet Explorer
• Excellent phone etiquettes and customer service skills
• Good analytical skills
• Ability to take ownership
• Ability to work under pressure

Advantage:

• Prior experience in Service Desk fields
• Other language knowledge (Italian or Spanish)
